Day 5 Ahimsa


Ahimsa is the yogic practice of no harm, this is applied to ourselves and all that we come in contact with. We most often times are moving so quickly or with force from moment to moment. Ahimsa invites us to find a more gentle approach to our lives and how we interact in the world. The more we invite Ahimsa to be the scope we view our lives the more ease we may develop in this beautiful life. We invite you now to take a pause to journey with Ahimsa.
