Day 21 Gratitude


You made it! 21 days of self care and commitment to going within and finding a daily practice of meditation. For our final meditation we invite you to settle into a journey with gratitude. Thank yourself for showing up each session, thank your mind for stepping aside and inviting you to be in the moment for your practice and thank your breath for journeying with you. We invite you to take a moment for gratitude and observe all the blessing you have in your life.
