Be Here Now
As we move through the day we are are planning and thinking ahead to the next things that needs to be done. Or we may find ourself reflecting on the past and stuck in a loop. This can bring on a sense of anxiety which can run our lives and cause us to find difficulty in finding the present moment. Developing practices to bring our mind to the present moment can help us in finding more peace in our day to day life.
