Letting Go

Let it go, let it flow, this is a practice of surrendering what no longer serves us. Practicing being in the flow of what is in our highest and greatest good supports our mindful movement through life. Taking pause to be in awareness of what is weighing on us, gifts us the opportunity to clear the energy that is sticky and open us to new and more aligned opportunities. We invite you to take a practice of letting go and seeing where the flow takes you.
