Lesson 5: It’s Time to Free Yourself and Fly

Throughout this journey you have self explored and learned and healed many things that have been holding you back.You have developed awareness of your thoughts, energy and actions. Through these lessons you may have found you are still holding on to pain or trauma that you no longer wish to carry. Now it is time to set down what is no longer yours to carry and to step into the freedom of being in lightness. This lesson will invite you to explore ways you can let go and invite lightness of heart, body, mind and spirit.
