Lesson 1: Own It
You are ready to begin! This lesson will invite you to take the first step in shifting the energy of your life. When creating a new way to see and experience the world we must acknowledge our current state of being. We must develop the practice of awareness and taking ownership for life. Oftentimes we find we are operating under old paradigms that no longer serve us and we don’t know where to begin, the answer is to Own It and to love it, for you are here because you took each step to find yourself here now. Through the practices of journaling, meditation and lovingly exploring your life you begin the journey of self exploration and self healing.
