21 Day Meditation Journey

Through this 21 day journey you will be guided for 10 minutes each day to pause and go within. Each meditation will be found with an inspirational message aligned to the theme of the meditation and suggested journaling prompts to support your reflection of your daily practice. Each meditation has been intuitively crafted and I hope this supports you in finding your journey to a daily yoga practice with ease. 

At the end of the 21 days you will have created a daily commitment to your self-care and can continue with these guided meditations or seek out other ways to continue your journey.
